Making A Purchase Making a purchase should be easy. Just browse our Catalogue, select the options for any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
All transactions are made in UK Pounds. You can check your exchange rate at sites such as www.xe.net/ucc but please note the actual rate will depend on the rate on the day your card is charged.
Prices are quoted in UK Pounds and do not include VAT (Value Added Tax) which has to be charged to customers in the European Union (EU) area. Customers who are in the EU area other than UK who are VAT registered will not be charged provided the VAT registration details are included in the order.

Shipping And Handling Our Shop Online software will calculate the shipping charge for the the weight, destination. The rate quoted is based on our selection of the most appropriate carrier which is normally the cheapest for the weight of your order. The shipping charge may change up or down when we confirm your order. Rates and services change frequently. Sometimes there are surcharges or we may be able to find a cheaper service. There is a limit of 270 UK Pounds value per parcel if we use the Small Packet service. For light weight, high value items we may send your order as two or more packets if this is the cheapest way.
Delivery Schedule Some of our Pro Audio products can be shipped from stock. All other products are made to your order normally within 3 to 5 weeks. See our home page for notices. We will advise you of our planned shipping date when we confirm your order. We will do our utmost to keep you informed if there are any delays.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you are in the EU outside the UK and are VAT registered we can ship goods VAT zero rated if you inform us of your registration number. Local taxes, import duty etc must be paid by the customer. We regret that UK Customs and Excise regulations make it illegal for us falsify the value on our invoices.
