| APPLICATION For use as a line input transformer for tube or solid state amplifier. Center tap on input for phantom powering etc. Available with leads or for PCB mounting. May also be used with primary and secondary reversed as a step down transformer for use with a CD player or similar device. In this mode the transformer will isolate and balance the output as well as reducing the impedance and output level by 12 to 14 dB for driving a 600 ohm balanced line. | ||
| FEATURES Mumetal core for minimal harmonic distortion, high bandwidth and excellent transient response. Internal electrostatic shield and bifilar wound primary for high common mode noise rejection. Mumetal can for magnetic shielding. The secondary may be loaded with 50k0 ohms which ensures a high input impedance of about 3k0 ohms. | ||
