Making a purchase should be easy. Just browse our Catalogue, select the options for any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for the details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

All transactions are made in UK Pounds. You can check your exchange rate at sites such as www.xe.net/ucc but please note the actual rate will depend on the rate on the day your card is charged.

Prices are quoted in UK Pounds and do not include VAT (Value Added Tax) which has to be charged to customers in the European Union (EU) area. Customers who are in the EU area other than UK who are VAT registered will not be charged provided valid VAT registration details are included in the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We normally debit your card within 10 days of your order or on despatch whichever is sooner. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, ordinary mail or over the Internet.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Our Shop Online software will calculate the shipping charge for the the weight, destination. The rate quoted is based on our selection of the most appropriate carrier which is normally the cheapest for the weight of your order. The shipping charge may change up or down when we confirm your order. Rates and services change frequently. Sometimes there are surcharges or we may be able to find a cheaper service. There is a weight limit of 2 kg per parcel if we use the Small Packet service. We may send your order as two or more packets if this is the cheapest way. Please note we are not responsile for LOCAL TAXES which may be levied on import to ypur country.

Delivery Schedule Some of our Pro Audio products can be shipped from stock. See our home page for notices. We will advise you of our planned shipping date when we confirm your order. We will do our utmost to keep you informed if there are any delays.

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. If you are in the EU outside the UK and are VAT registered we can ship goods VAT zero rated if you inform us of your registration number. Local taxes, import duty etc must be paid by the customer. We regret that UK Customs and Excise regulations make it illegal for us falsify the value on our invoices.

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. We do not keep records of credit cards.

Our products are guaranteed against defects of manufacture or materials for 12 months from delivery.

We guarantee performance against our published specifications based on measurements by our equipment..

All transfromers supplied as replacements for designs by other manufacturers are on a best efforts basis using the best information available to us. Where practical we seek to improve on the original performance in terms of measurable parameters but we do not claim to reproduce the "original" sound...

Our transformers may use dangerous voltages and currents. Project safety is your responsibility. Make sure you have adequate skills and experience to construct the project. Make sure you know how to properly use all equipment.. Always wear appropriate safety gear.

Many of our products can be used for ground noise isolation. This refers only to low level signals but this does not imply that safety ground connections should ever be disconnected. Our transformers should not be used for safety isolation.

Our projects are not intended for use by children.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. For any design done at the request of a customer we reserve the right to offer for sale products made to the same or similar design. We will however not use the same type number if the customer so requests.

We make every effort to ensure that we understand your requirements. We will refund or replace any product which does not conform the the relevant specification published on this site or sent to you as part of our custom service. Please note that inductance measurements vary according to the measurement conditions of bias, frequency and amplitude. Most inductance meters give a lower reading than the value calculated from a frequency response measurement. As most of our products are built to order we cannot normally accept return of items which conform to the specification.

All orders must be prepaid except by prior arangement.
